Customer transactions

Customers can:

  • sell items for instant cash

  • pawn items and buy them back later

  • browse stock

  • buy special offers

  • join the loyalty program

Pawn system

The pawn flow gives players cash now and a buyback window later.

Basic flow:

  1. customer places items into the pawn flow

  2. the shop pays a percentage of the base value

  3. the customer can buy the items back before expiry

  4. expired pawns become shop property

Pricing is mainly controlled by:

  • item base price

  • pawn percentage

  • buyback percentage

  • loyalty bonuses

  • worker bonuses

Export orders

Exports are delivery jobs for the shop.

Typical flow:

  1. an order appears in the queue

  2. a worker accepts it

  3. items are packaged

  4. the goods are delivered

  5. the shop receives money and XP

Supplier network

Suppliers help shops source stock through collection missions.

Typical flow:

  1. an offer appears

  2. a worker accepts it using shop funds

  3. they collect the packages

  4. they return them to the shop

  5. the items are added to inventory

Vehicle fleet

Shops can maintain delivery vehicles.

This supports:

  • starter vans

  • additional vehicle purchases

  • insurance for destroyed vehicles

  • spawn and return flow at the garage

Loyalty and membership

The loyalty system rewards repeat customers.

Typical benefits include:

  • better sell rates

  • better pawn rates

  • exclusive deals

  • priority service

  • free appraisals

Worker management

Owners can:

  • hire nearby players

  • assign presets

  • toggle individual permissions

  • fire workers

Workers can also build reputation over time.

Progression

Shops gain XP from activity.

Higher levels can unlock better features, stronger missions, and higher-end vehicle access.
