the shop pays a percentage of the base value

an offer appears
a worker accepts it using shop funds
they collect the packages
they return them to the shop
the items are added to inventory
Vehicle fleet
Shops can maintain delivery vehicles.
This supports:
starter vans
additional vehicle purchases
insurance for destroyed vehicles
spawn and return flow at the garage
Loyalty and membership
The loyalty system rewards repeat customers.

better sell rates
better pawn rates
exclusive deals
priority service
free appraisals
Worker management
Owners can:
hire nearby players
assign presets
toggle individual permissions
fire workers
Workers can also build reputation over time.
Progression
Shops gain XP from activity.
Higher levels can unlock better features, stronger missions, and higher-end vehicle access.
