Employee Computer (EnviOS)

The Employee Computer is the management hub for each restaurant.

It is powered by EnviOS through envi-computer.

What staff can do here

Core restaurant apps usually cover:

  • funds and transaction history

  • supply ordering

  • furniture inventory

  • menu editing

  • logs

  • loyalty features when enabled

Shop Manager

Use this to:

  • open or close the restaurant

  • view rating

  • transfer ownership

  • sell the restaurant

Funds

Use this to:

  • view balance

  • deposit cash

  • withdraw funds if allowed

  • review transaction history

Supplies

Use this to:

  • browse ingredient categories

  • place bulk orders

  • track delivery status

  • handle pickup or delivery flow

Inventory

Use this for furniture management.

You can:

  • place unplaced furniture

  • return placed furniture

  • sell items

  • browse the store

Use this to:

  • enable or disable menu items

  • set prices

  • control what the restaurant sells

Logs

Typical log groups include:

  • all logs

  • cooking logs

  • sales logs

  • financial logs

  • inventory logs

  • worker logs

  • system logs

Permissions

The permission system is granular.

Common permission groups include:

  • workers

  • funds

  • inventory

  • supplies

  • menu

  • logs

  • shop controls

  • loyalty

The computer can notify staff about:
